What's that show about the fly?

When I was little there was this show that was put in between shows
when there was time leftover. It was about a fly, and you followed him
around in third person most of the time. It was a cartoon with simple
drawings, the fly was just a black dot with legs, wings and eyes. He
was just flying around a house trying to survive.
It may have also had some sort of Swedish developers.
